well, it looks like my hours have been cut down to a whopping 16 a week. 2 days. it takes affect the first week of july. most fitting since it's my b-day week! too funny!! it looks like i'll be able to use all of my accrued sick and vacation, so at least i won't lose that. although i won't be able to apply for short term disability ($1500) and i'll lose all of my salary minus the 2 days a week .
i wasn't planning on coming back to work after the baby, so in the long run, it's not a big deal...but it's just bad timing.
there are a few great workers here though that are at risk of losing their jobs, and they really can't afford to lose them. so if you could pray for them, i'd really appreciate it.
i'll keep you posted on any further updates.
