bun baking extravaganza
**mood: still sleepy
**noise: the heater at my feet
well....i wanted to wait for a bit longer to let everyone know, but word seems to have gotten out about a certain baking of a bun . and since i'd rather you heard it from me, it is true. I'm pregnant. 8 weeks pregnant.
things are going well. i really can't complain. there hasn't been much nausea, just a bit...but what there has been is exhaustion. which is frustrating more than anything. i've been going to bed at 9ish , getting up at 6:30 and still feeling exhausted. last saturday i sat in front of the tv in my pajamas until 4, took a shower, put my pajamas back on, and then finally changed for church at 5:30...as soon as we got back home, the sweats went back on. it's sad really...i've turned into a lump. but i hear it gets better by the 2nd trimester, which is approximately 4 weeks away. i'm praying for that!
so yeah. we're pregnant, and have decided to try to live it up as much as we can. going out to dinner and movies...just whenever and whatever we want to do.
but we are excited. so please pray for the babe's health and growth and all that jazz...
august will be the big arrival month...
