any of you baby wearing mama's ever see or use these? i was thinking about making one, but for only $30, maybe i'll just buy it...i've been wrapping asher up in a blanket, but this is so much cooler...any opinions?
no, but i've seen one similar on the back and it was a winter coat for mom. it was in a mothering magazine. i was thinking about getting it for juniper and i. haven't found it again though, just been on a wish list.
im pretty sure what shannakay is talking about in an antik (the spelling is way way wrong on that) and i saw it in mothering too, but its a super old issue and there is, that i can find, no way to get one short of being adopted by an inuit tribe in canada. and the pattern is intellectual property of the tribe, so you wont find one online. its lame, but good i guess. i wanted one supper bad.
its called an amautik....found it (mothering issue jan/feb 07) and connie is right, they're hard to find and if you do they are 500-700!! but they look so comfy...
